The following are example case studies of companies who had specific requirements for their business. Some of the companies below operated in niche and complex markets and required a bespoke web solution, a different marketing strategy.
 
  The Alliance of Mortgage Packages and Distributors are an affiliate group who generated £3bn of mortgage business in 2006 through mortgage intermediaries. They wanted a site that would attract both mortgage lenders and new members. They also wanted to use the site as a communications hub, so we set different email groups within the site, eg Press and new members. The site specification is corporate and is not "business to customer" therefore high customer traffic is not important. Tech-linx deals with managing the site updates.
     
  www.luxury-holiday-lets.com is a new venture aimed at European villa rentals to the public, so far it is available to two languages English and French. Techlinx designed and launched the site and we now market the site as instructed by the clients. The traffic requirement is currently 20,000+ visitors per month. If you click on the hit counter at the bottom of the home page the site statistics can be verified, some properties also have their own individual hit counters to monitor how many clients have viewed their properties. Techlinx arrange for email campaigns and guaranteed traffic packages, we also deal with site management.
     
  Office and Home already had a successful retail distribution but were looking to generate high volumes from wholesale business. Tech-linx provide our advice and expertise in helping OAH generate high levels of enquiries. This was achieved through improving OAH's presence, brand awareness and providing research to enable a sucessful the advertising campaign to take place.
